About Rachel
Rachel is the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Drova, where she leads the company’s commercial strategy and drives market adoption of Drova’s GRC and sustainability platform. Her work spans product-market fit, revenue strategy, enterprise positioning, and ensuring customers gain measurable value from modern, integrated governance and risk solutions.
Before founding Drova, Rachel founded Ansarada, an ASX-listed technology company that became a global leader in deal preparation, governance, and virtual data room technology. Over more than a decade at Ansarada, she held multiple executive roles — including Chief Financial Officer — and helped guide the company through international expansion, capital raising, and its transition to a public company. Her leadership combined financial discipline, operational scale, and a deep understanding of how organisations manage risk, compliance, and strategic transactions.
Rachel is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Business. Prior to her entrepreneurial career, she spent seven years at KPMG in Audit and Advisory, building strong foundations in assurance, financial management, and corporate governance.
In addition to her executive work, Rachel serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Interaction Disability Services, where she provides oversight across governance, financial risk, and organisational accountability.
Across all roles, Rachel is recognised for her commercial acumen, disciplined execution, and commitment to building technology that strengthens organisational resilience and responsible decision-making.
